On joining the Society members must pay the applicable subscription. Thereafter, payment of subscriptions is due on 1 January each year.
Subscriptions for those joining the Society under the Free Members Scheme.
Under this scheme members joining the Society prior to 30 June will not be be required to pay a subscription until 1 January the following year. Subscriptions for those joining after 30 June may defer payment for a further year.
Gift Aid is an income tax relief designed to benefit charities. If you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid increases the value of your subscription by 25% because the Society can reclaim the basic rate of tax on your gift at no extra cost to you.
